I totally love yebhi.com Besides having the hig-end brands like satya paul, which is not featured on any other shopping website, it also offers the best discounts! I have been a regular "yebhi" and they have never disappointed me. Once, what I ordered was not in their stock so they very kindly told me to be patient and that the product will be delivered within 10 days and true to their words, they delivered it..late but never fools the customers.

I bought a Wammy Passion Y hd from Wickedleak and am very very happy with the product . its got the latest android 4.2 OS ..I also like the customer care of wickedleak is very good with its customers which instantly was helpful to me in guiding me on how to use the device ..also the product runs in a very smooth manner and fulfills all my daily requirements.. in all great company !

I have given a complaint on 25th March, that my oven is not giving any heat, Model number: 20SC2, Purchase Invoice number: 44404. Complaint number: 10527443. One 28th March the service person came and put fuse. But the complaint was not rectified, so again I gave a complaint, complaint number: 10582475 on 20th March. After that they took my oven from Paloncha, pin code-507115 to Khammam, pin code-507001. As per them H.V transformer failed. I sent an email on 26th March. And only today they rectified the problem. So I’m frustrated a lot and I need compensation from the company.

I had brought a Whirlpool Washing Machine (Model No- F-65), Purchase Invoice No- 032/08-09, Capacity - 6 kg on 09.04.2008 from Neeloy Udyog at Konnagar. Complain No- KL0413016888 (Given by Whirlpool Company). During 5 Years of operations I had spent Rs 8400/- for Machine Breakdown which has been service by your authorized service center Speed Service at Konnagar, In spite of that every time your service Engineer had visited my House and charged all the parts as per your policy. Also your service engineer has recommended me for repair my circuit Board from outside and he has charge me Rs 850/- in two times. Now again 18/04/2013 the machine was not working and again your engineer had visited my house and checked my machine and observed that the motor is not working and required for replaced it of chargeable of Rs 2500/- + 280/- 2780. My whole family is using Whirlpool (Washing Machine / Refrigerator/AC) since 2008. Now i have communicated the customer care officer named Miss. Poonam and she said that we can only provide 10% discount in our service charge + Motor Change Of Rs 2780/- but unable to service in FOC basis. I have invested Rs. 13500/- on this machine and again faced the same problem 7 times and repaired this machine with cost of Rs 8400/-, Now it has been completely a loss for me on investing on this product. My family is unable to wash any cloths till today and company has not agreed to service this machine in FOC basis. Now i will request you to take the necessary steps against this company and solve my issue ASAP because it’s completely domestic needs products.

Personal loan settled 5.6 years back still reflecting on CIBIL website. I had availed personal loan from your bank vide loan account no: 499-105xxxxx dated 13/12/05 for Rupees 25,000/-. After being paid few EMI It was further fully settled on 24/05/07 vide your settlement letter dated 24th May 2007 for onetime payment of rupees 11,000/- (Paid through DD No. 048734 Dated 24/05/07 drawn on Bank Of India, East Of Kailash Branch. Your executive had also issued its receipt vide no. 0456252 Dt. 24/05/07). In addition to above facts, I am planning to avail home loan from a reputed bank but while they gone through my CIBIL history & scores they found that my name is still there in defaulter’s list. On CIBIL site your bank is still showing a current balance of Rs. 15,724 & amount overdue of Rs. 15,724 on my account which is not only unethical & wrong but is also against banking norms and RBI guidelines. In this regard I have spoken with many people in Customer Care but they have not resolved my case. I have prepared all docs and mails communication with the bank and submitted to my lawyer. If this issue is not resolved i will be lodging a complaint in consumer court. If there will be further need I will go to media & Banking Ombudsman of India. My Home loan is stuck because of the wrong information given by the bank to CIBIL. Therefore, one more time I request you to remove my details from CIBIL site so that I can apply for home loan.

I booked a bike (Honda Shine), Booking receipt number: 81568 on 4/5/2012 bought from Om Sai Auto world Malad West (AUTHOR. DEALER IN HONDA TWO WHEELER) 11 months has passed now but still they have not delivered my bike, even though the company has collected the full payment i called the company no proper answer to me, i don’t know how to clear my problem, please help me.

Sir, I have invested Rs.125000, Policy Number – 02027951, in this company by way of monthly premiums and in the latest due in the year 2006 I came to know that the scheme was sold astray by the ICICI Prudential agents and the Bank Manager, Federal Bank Ltd. convincing to me as it was a Recurring Deposit plan of The Federal Bank Ltd. Cancellation of Policy as it was sold astray. Now neither this company entertains in refunding the premiums paid or wanted to reinstate my lapsed policy. Hence, I put up the complaint with the company asking them to refund my premiums as they are not interested in reviving my policy. But apart from multiple times of correspondence by way of telecom, letters and email none of the company officers interested in resolving my complaint neither refunding my policy. Hence, please do the needful to help me in this matter by refunding my entire premiums for which I will be very much grateful. The original policy document is also submitted with the company. Please help me. Thanks.

I bought a product from eBay from the seller ukmall786 on 9th April 2013, Order ID 161001205879, Transaction ID(PaisaPay ID) 33457578878. The product was Cool2day Multi-color One Piece long Curly Wave synthetic hair extension clip-on. I paid them Rs1637 through paisa pay. The vendor did not reply about any product detail. Then i had to call them myself on the number given by the seller which is ukmall786 contact seller Salma Saleem - 9886307861. The contact person told me that she would call me back with the update. But there was no reply from them. I again sent them mail asking them when they would ship me the product. On 10th April 2013 eBay asked me that seller is asking for delay in shipment & would ship by 22th April 2013. I declined this request. The very next day the vendor sent me mail saying that they would ship my order on time and I would receive it on time. On 13th April 2013 I received a SMS from EBay that the seller has shipped my order through Chronos couriers and the AWB No. 154221 & expected delivery time is by 20th April 2013. On checking I found out the shipment details were fake and wrong the product had already been delivered to someone named Renish in Bengaluru on Jun 19, 2012. I informed EBay the very next day. The customer support helped me file guarantee act and told me that their team would contact me within 2 days. But nobody called me up. I kept on mailing EBay about the fraud the seller was doing, but they neither took any action on it nor replied back to me. But on 14th April 2013, I received a mail from carecart2india.com asking me to contact them before giving any negative comment to eBay about them. But I didn’t want to talk to such unethical characters so i kept on mailing eBay but still got no response. Then As per the norms EBay asked me on 21th April 2013 if I had received the order and asked me to confirm receipt. I updated them about my not receiving any product and opened a refund claim and also again tried to bring to EBay’s notice that the shipment detail was wrong. But on 23th April 2013 EBay again let the seller put my refund claim on hold. I again called up EBay about the whole issue and again they have told me to wait for more 4 days. I want my money to be refunded.

I am writing this mail in deep agony and pain to lodge a complaint against Kotak life insurance company who’s agents adopted fraudulent techniques to lure innocent people to invest in their policies namely Kotak Flexi Plan & Kotak Smart Advantage Plan. They promised that I need to invest only for three years minimum and the amounts will be doubled after 6 years, no matter what happens in the future and irrespective of the market performance. I invested Rs 100000 /year for 3 years in Kotak Flexi plan (Client Id -51036584, policy No.00816762, started in year 2007) and Rs 50000/year for 4 years in Kotak Smart Advantage Plan (Client Id -51036584, policy No.01476194, started in year 2009). 2 months ago I got a cheque from Kotak for an amount of approx. Rs 270000 for the Kotak flexi plan though I did not request them to surrender the policy. I did not get back even the invested premium. Looking at the loss my representative went to their office based at pathanamthitta Kerala and they said that the policy which i took (flexi plan) was not a good one, so they issued the cheque. They also advised that the smart advantage policy is also likely to face loss so it is better to surrender that policy as well. To prevent further loss, I surrendered the smart advantage policy and got back approx. Rs 170000 only. Combining both Policies I have lost approx. Rs 250000 considering premium + interest 9% FD /annum. Please advise if there is any method to get back at least my invested premium. When we contacted the Kotak agents they said, it is not their fault, it is as per the instructions from the higher ups. It seems that insurance agents are well trained by the company bosses to verbally cheat innocent people and then later say - sorry look at the papers there is no such promise. Please advise what can be done to get my hard earned money back. The company should refund at least whatever premium I have invested.

I had purchased the Sony DSLR, Model No - SLT Alpha 37K camera on 19 Feb 2013, the Purchase Invoice number SO1-0929401-B SLT - A37. However, within a month of purchase the camera started giving me the following issues. Camera hangs while clicking picture. Processing of the image takes 10 minutes (very slow processing) end result of the image (after slow processing) is a completely blurred picture. I gave the camera for servicing. However, within a week of servicing, the same issue has cropped up for the second time. I had mailed the Sony care asking for replacement, however, there has been no response from regarding the same. I called up the Sony call Centre thrice and every time I get a response that my request will be taken into priority and will get a call from the concerned person which has not happened in spite of informing them about my incurring losses already because of this. I am highly dissatisfied with the performance of the camera, the issues faced and the lack of response about the status. I would not want to go through this again and would like the company to take back the camera and give me a Refund for the same at the earliest. I cannot undergo any more loss of money and assignments.

This will be its second price hike within six months. the company is expecting a 45 per cent rise in sales this year at Rs 2,200 crore, from the Rs 1,525 crore last year.
